Political parties
Party positions are taken from published manifestos and official documents, never from a single politician’s remarks or from social media. Each entry is dated, because parties change and a decade-old manifesto is not evidence about a party today.
Sources are prioritised in this order: official manifestos, official party documents, parliamentary records, academic research, then high-quality reporting.
Party logos are the trademarks of the parties they belong to, shown here only to identify them. Their use does not imply that any party endorses this project, or that this project endorses any party. Only freely licensed files are used; a party with no freely licensed logo is shown with a plain seal instead.
