Your answers are used to calculate your result. We do not need to know who you are to show it to you.
What is collected
- Nothing is collected. There is no account, no sign-up, no email, no name and no phone number.
- Your answers never leave your device. Scoring and matching run entirely in your browser.
- There is no server that receives answers, because there is no server-side scoring at all.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party scripts other than the web font stylesheet.
What is stored, and where
- While you are answering, your progress is kept in this tab's session storage. Closing the tab discards it.
- If you press "Save this result", your answers are written to this browser's local storage so that you can return to them. That is an explicit choice, never a default.
- Both can be removed at any time by deleting the saved result or clearing your browser data.
What will never happen
- Your political profile will never be sold, shared or licensed.
- No advertising audience will ever be built from these answers.
- No individual political persuasion will be attempted on the basis of a result.
- Nobody, including whoever runs this site, can see your answers.
Sharing
The share card contains only what you tick. Your individual answers are never included, and there is nothing to include them in, since the card is plain text you copy yourself.
No external requests
Every asset this site uses is served from this origin. The typefaces are downloaded at build time rather than linked from a font CDN, and the portraits and archival plates are downloaded and re-encoded at build time rather than fetched from Wikimedia when you open a page. Loading any page here causes your browser to contact no third party at all, so there is no external server that could log that you visited, let alone what you answered.
